Yellow Poppies

Yellow poppies invade our garden every year. The colour is so bright, here contrasted with a blue glass vase.

It's rained virtually all day. A Baadiya day so I didn't do very much at all.

We drove to the vets this afternoon to fetch Basil's heart tablets.

Turned the telly on at 5 pm to see Rishi emerge from 10 Downing Street to announce the general election for 4th July.  Larry the cat took over the territory after he left. His nice silk suit got drenched.
