Marguerite with fly.

Had Noah been around I am sure he would have been working furiously to complete the Ark!   We have had several wet months but the weather today was wetter!  It has been consistent heavy rain all day.

Our plan had been to visit Larch Cottage Nurseries at Melkinthorpe.  The Wisteria should have been at its best in the cafe verandah.  See the extra here.  However the lack of covered display in the gardens forced a change of plan.  We headed for Dobbies instead, there is a lot to see and photograph under their covered areas.

The plant is Marguerite .  The label told you it was white (there is a surprise) it also said it was mini and standard.  In other words the label told you nothing more than you could see!  I have no idea what the fly is.
