Stinking Iris with added bee

Today I'm posting much earlier than usual as I had to get up very early in order to get my blip.  Yes, we have the roofers back again, this time to re-roof the conservatory, put in air vents and generally get rid of the damp!  So I had this stinking iris on my agenda, having noticed it yesterday in a small front garden just round the corner.  The bee, of course, is a welcome but unexpected extra.

It therefore goes without saying, I can't report on the rest of my day, though Jim has just asked me to roll my sleeves up and climb the ladder fast as they need an extra hand.  I think he was joking  ;))
