Kaybees Bits

Visiting The Mother-in-Law

We nipped out for car fuel and some new potatoes this morning and when we got back I prepared a bit of wood for turning tomorrow (it is meant to be raining .... again).
On the way home we stopped off to see how much weeding is needing done round the memorial tree where SWMBO's mother and step father's ashes are scattered. Not as much as expected.

After lunch I trimmed some of the hedge .... about a quarter of it - on one side - and not the top.
That is the garden waste bin full!
I need to try and lay my hands on a couple of builders bags.

We had superb tuna steaks with some of the biggest King Prawns I have ever seen for tea .... we now have a mobile fishmonger who will be in the area each week, travelling over from Cellardyke (not Anstruther!) . We can place an order and he will deliver it to the door.

The extras are a fallen Rhododendron flower and an Allium we came across at the church.
