I hadn't noticed that yesterday's blip had today's date, until I tried to upload this one.

I woke with a niggle in my back today, similar to last autumn after Calpe, it seems to be related to how I walk with a rucksack on... in some way, perhaps I have the waist strap too tight. My legs are fine, until I want them to go upstairs! I've dropped out of today's climbing, which is a shame because I like the venue and the forecast has improved, but Bamford Edge is very near to where we were yesterday, and there's a walk uphill to the crag. No thanks!

I did walk to the allotment though and took the photo on the way. I pass these garages regularly, but it looks as though only one of them is looked after. 

I've done lots of stretching, my left knee has been set back a bit.
