Red Road - 2

I first featured the Red Road flats on 28th June.

I passed again today and decided to do another quick picture. In fact I was thinking I should do this from time to time as a social commentary prior to them being consigned to the historical dustbin.

Its ironic that they can actually be quite photogenic. I have spotted a few more potential shots although a couple of burly bodyguards would be useful if anyone wants to volunteer to accompany me.

One shot I took, and will possibly take again, is of a pond in front of the flats which contains something like 17 traffic cones. I now realise it must be something of a tradition to bury them at sea!
