Portobello Beach Edinburgh Day 323

In a pub pane?
A familiar scene early this sunny morning reflected in the window of one of the seaside pubs on Porty promenade. The lights inside look like three suns and the upturned stools await thirsty visitors later today. The trade waste piled up in front of the seaside postcard posting box awaits the imminent early morning uplift. The Porty Row boat crew coming gently in from their morning exertions is a further familiar additions to this oft blipped location. The PPL sticker is good news for all recording artists but not sure how much revenue they get from such licenses? The answer is probably not a lot judging by the number of performers who have to hit the road and bring in the dosh from their live gigs. An example of that was wafting westwards, when we came home last night, as Ms Jessie J boomed it up at Edinburgh Castle and the sounds ricoched around Joppa!
