Plans for an evening trip to the gym for a swim were scuppered by a late train again. The train manager had a very loud dispute with some cyclists at Paddington station and wouldn't let them on the train. After 10 minutes of argument, the cyclists just lifted their bikes on the train, blocking the lobbies. We left late and then got stuck outside the station waiting for a platform. I missed my good bus connection and had to wait quite a bit longer. Getting home at 7.45 is not a great start to the weekend.

Enjoyed a glass of Pimms after a cool shower and began to feel a bit more human.
