On the Move

Yesterday I homed in on weary train travellers. Today a totally contrasting form of transport is featured with a couple of girls enjoying riding their bikes in the city centre. I caught them outside Glasgow's first Sheriff Court on Wilson Street at Brunswick Street. This beautifully restored building now houses a trendy wine bar and restaurant, and people are sitting outside on another glorious afternoon. Also the new paving adds to the stunning regeneration of this area. I like the aesthetics of the black and brown outfits, accessories and hair colouring of the girls. They are perfectly colour coordinated in this setting! And the black bikes are clearly defined against the light-coloured stone slabs.

How long will this stunning weather last? That's anyone's guess, but we have not seen a July like it for many a year. Another day of summer captured!
