Mon pm  - we've got a bit of snow, but I don't think it'll stick.
Tues am - I've changed the photo, we had quite a bit overnight although it's melting now. I got out for a walk before it disappeared. 

Saturday's walk up to Place Fell (and the down) hasn't done my knee any good, last night it felt sort of full and I applied an ice pack.

I had my knee x-rayed on 2nd November but nothing from the doctors yet, perhaps I should ask.... 

Yesterday I walked to where I have a sports massage and, as always, found it really useful. Jo is good and only charges £20 for 30 minutes, she sorts my leg muscles out and gives valuable advice, well worth it. 

I walked home, had a video chat with my daughter and then drove to Tesco because I'd run out of a bit of stuff. Steve, a different one and not SteveB, stopped me instore to chat, which was nice as I haven't seen him for ages.

An evening binge watching Asia, fantastic film making as you'd expect.
