Custom license plate

So... NOT a true vanity license plate, but I just HAD to know what this story was all about, so I patiently waited for about 20+ minutes for "Jay" to come out of the grocery store.

Turns out that Jay bought his 2006 Volvo wagon on the internet, where you can order a vehicle, and then come over to Sweden and buy it. Since it was technically a "USED" vehicle in 2007, Jay got a tremendous discount, not to mention tax savings, by flying over to Sweden and picking up the car in person.

After his "vacation,"the car was put on a ship and arrived in the US a few month's later.
