I worked four hours in the Mind shop and then drove home before the football traffic appeared, it was an early match.
My neighbour over the road was out doing a bit of weeding as I parked up, so I went over and we had a good chat. His wife's dog had been put to sleep recently, and he'd had a series of angina symptoms and spent hours in A&E only to be told they could find nothing wrong, although he's been given a load of tablets. He'll see the consultant soon and perhaps he'll get lifestyle advice then, I hope so as he does no exercise and has a man-belly.
I walked to the allotment to see if anything was happening as it's been so springlike today, which makes a change! My rhubarb hasn't appeared, so perhaps it's dead, wait and see, but the two current bushes have buds on, but not the gooseberry yet. It was nice to chat to a few people even if it's too early to plant anything.
