A walk before the rain began, before breakfast actually, after which I visited Aldi and then managed to start tidying up the back garden before the rain started.

I'm trying to get through some admin type jobs, but have successfully distracted myself with cooking! This is one out of Tim Spector's The Food for Life cookbook, Coconut Spinach Lentils, although I've added green pepper and paneer to it as well. Three portions for the freezer, one for me tomorrow.
