Taking it easy

After yesterday's fiasco when Ann fell down on our walk and really hurt her knee; today has been positively wonderful. She woke up this morning, to just a little bit of pain, and so took me down to the beach for a play.

Guess what I found as soon as I got onto the beach?.............. a manky old ball. Yay! Unfortunately on the route home it started to rain and it's been raining for pretty much all of the day. To be honest, it's probably been good that it's rained all day because if it had been nice Ann would have made me go on another big long walk and that wouldn't have done her knee any good. It's still very, very painful when she walks down steps.

Also I've been really tired today. I spent most of the morning in my bed and Ann could tell that I was dreaming, because I kept making little squeaky noises. Lol! Ann thinks I must dream about chasing rabbits & squirrels.

Anyway, we've both had a lovely relaxing day. Heating has been cranked up and we really haven't gone too far at all.
