Reed Bunting

We got out early, to take Janet's car for it's third exploratory fault finding at the garage... not great, each time they've presented a bill and a promise of fixedness, and each time the same symptoms have developed. So it's not the wheel sensor, and now neither is it the wheel bearing... surely this time it will be something even more expensive... Janet's looking at car web sites...

Anyhow, we were close by, so we dropped into WWT Slimbridge. It was not cold but was quite breezy, and the smaller birds were doing their best to remain out of the wind, or at least out of sight. Nevertheless, this reed bunting was content to pose for a while in the willows.

I'm still finding my "what day is it" subsystem to be out of kilter, so to remind me there is still time to put up your Tiny Tuesday TT517 images, and I will endeavour to run through them all tomorrow (which I am assured is Thursday!)
