Crustless Quiche for my Peeps

I was awake by 7:00 and decided to start the day. Since everyone is watching carbs, I made this ham, Swiss, sweet pepper, onion and tomato crustless quiche. My sister said it was tasty. I had a country sausage sandwich and banana. Sugar and I took our usual walks around the property. But we have been pretty lazy on this beautiful Spring day. Great news. The nasal steroid and new batch of antibiotics are working so well. My sister can have a conversation without coughing or losing her breath. She say she’s feeling so much better. We’ve cautioned her to take it easy and she agrees. We are hoping she will be well enough tomorrow that we can go to a local tulip festival. Hubby’s music festival started today. His friend Charlie (who just lost his wife) joined him and Bobby at the campground yesterday and last night. He left this morning after breakfast. He hopes to stay for the festival next year. He used to go with them until his wife got critically ill a few years ago. They are expecting rain most days but it is just part of the festival - not my kind of fun. We’ll get out our zero gravity loungers and enjoy the quiet life of the farm and WV sunshine. Wishing you a pleasant evening. Stay safe.
