New growth
As we drove to Bingley for our Monday morning sing I commented on the greening of St Ives woods up above the cricket ground. So much new growth has developed over the last couple of weeks.
Looking around the garden when we returned I spotted the new leaves on our not so little Oak tree, son of Big Oak which was felled by our neighbour some years ago. They have a lovely bronze hue with a hint of yellow green.
Got two lots of washing out and I have already done a bit of ironing. Tidied away most of the Easter decorations and removed the 2000 piece jigsaw I completed over Easter so I can fold down the dining table. Extra
A pleasant warm day. Church choir practice to come early evening.
