On Thursday...

...I rode home the scenic way once more to escape from my head a little. On the edge of Marple Ridge I found a bench and sat with Biscuit for a while to enjoy a lovely view of Mellor across the way. It was warm, beautiful, and relatively peaceful.

Back home I struggled to sleep & woke mid morning with all the signs of a water infection...oh the joys...so after a bath & lots of water I rang the GP who miraculously gave me a mid afternoon appointment. After a quick check over and chat he gave a prescription of antibionics. Later I started to feel slightly better if tired so after tea had 40 winks before work.
