Mary lives across the road. We chat when we see each other and it’s nice to see her shiny red car parked there each day.

Lots of leaves!

Australians voted in our general election today. I’m settling back to see how it all goes. We have compulsory voting here in Australia. Bob has been volunteering on and off all day. I have been in bed a lot of the day as it’s the most comfortable place. I forgot my pain pills during the night so that is a good sign. I’m tired and stiff but otherwise feeling OK.

Nina and Maddy just called with a box of chocolates.
