Wild Garlic at Staunton Harold

I had thought that I wouldn't be able to visit woodlands with displays of wild garlic anymore because of limited mobility but look what we spotted when we went to Staunton Harold this afternoon?! I drove on mini-Cecily. She was able to navigate the gravel paths there.

We had latte and cake at The Stables café in the De Ferrers courtyard and afterwards went down to the lake. Not much wild fowl in evidence, so we came back home.

It's turned cold again with winds from the Arctic. It's forecast to get warmer as the week wears on.
