Maristow Quay

The old boathouse at Maristow Quay today on a glorious early Summer afternoon with a rising tide.  A path lined with gnarled oak trees, which overhang the river, leads to an old tidal mill. Coming back along the creek which once fed the mill I passed some holly trees covered in blossom and buzzing with bees. A detail from one of the trees is included as an extra.
