Stunning weather

Another very lovely day here in the east of Scotland. I’m sure the weather isn’t so good for farmers or dogs but I’m enjoying the warmth,

Up early to get to a mat stretch class which was really good and patronised by 2 other Rotary members. Had a good chat with Jackie afterwards before heading home for breakfast.

A lovely walk at Newbattle with the boys which wasn’t too hard on my sore bits. It seems more concentrated in my lower back and butt-ock than hip today so resting a bit yesterday did help.

Blipping early today as we’ve got our Rotary Casino night this evening and I’m planning to spend some time getting ready this afternoon. Beauty comes at a price!
