Ndongosi

A trip today to the village of Ndongosi, a very remote place, where we are implementing a project with communities, focusing on forest connectivity and livelihoods. A meeting with dozens of villagers was very positive and productive and they shared many ideas and perspectives on forest conservation and how to scale up in the wider landscape.

This week is proving healthy for the body and mind compared to sitting in the office in Dar es Salaam. Eczema I have been battling is clearing up fast, and it’s good to be inspired talking directly to project stakeholders.
