If you go down to the woods today.....

The Penrith red squirrel group were holding a fundraiser down at Shap.
They are doing fine work with their conservation efforts and the red scamps seem to be appreciating it. This one appeared to have forgotten where he'd buried his nuts which is an occupational hazard if your plan is to run about randomly picking them up and then burying them again. Also appreciating it is a resident Greater Spotted Woodpecker who we see regularly down there muscling in on the pickings.  (extra)
