Cool morning walk

Walking The Dog and
The Ben before it gets too
hot. Lovely morning :-)

Decent enough night with Ben last night, minor wake up for low blood sugars and an early start but no drama. We had breakfast and a quick shower and then took Leo out for his walk, I thought it as better to be early because of the heat (both for Leo and for Ben!) The sunshine was lovely but there were a lot of other dog walkers who had obviously had the same idea. After that Ben and I had a sensible nap :-) and then wrote a list of things to keep us busy until mr KCNQ2Haiku came home. We have done quite a lot! We washed the shower curtain and some towels, made a fish pie, did some stencilling and then cleared out my wardrobe as there were lots of things that were old or didn’t fit and then took photos of things that still have life in them and advertised them on Vinted.. felt very pleased with myself and objective one was achieved, to keep Ben busy enough not to be troublesome.. we had a minor issue when I asked to blow his nose but other than that I’ve got off scott free today :-) Mr KCNQ2Haiku is back now and we’re regrouping. Only bad thing is that our lovely neighbour has had a fall in the garden, she’s hurt her hip, so I’m twitchy to see how she’s doing, her son’s with her now and sent us neighbours away so we didn’t crowd. She’s in good hands but it’s a bit of a worry. Hopefully good news tomorrow.
