Y Viva Espana

We went to see the comedian Ignacio Lopez at The Grand last night. He was very amusing but there weren’t many of us in the audience - not sure if that was down to him not being as well known as other comedians or whether it was because the fine weather was tempting people elsewhere. Either way, it was a bit strange having half the front row of the circle to ourselves! I spoke to him after the show and he said he would come back - let’s hope he gets the bigger audience he deserves next time.
We went to Penrith this morning to visit Cranstons Food Hall. Nice trip up and down the A6 with the roof down on the car. Looking forward to a nice slice of Ullswater Pie for tea tonight…
