Garmin told me I had a poor night's sleep. I can confirm! But I did get to the pool and did a kilometre which felt really good. That good feeling was somewhat dissipated by the dittering around that I did when I got home, mainly doing Mum's food order. Maybe it was the thick haar outside that was making me go slow but I was quite pleased to see it. Hopefully the plants will profit from the increased dampness in the air.
Then suddenly it was 10 and I had to get down to Cameron Toll to hand the boots in for re-heeling and buy a heap of veg at Sainsbury's. Then to the Manor to set up the new phones. That took quite a while, programming in the numbers but hopefully Mum has got the hang of them. Also put down the yoga mat to see if it will stop her sliding on the carpet. And finally I got to grips with the stairclimber and after about 15 minutes of a struggle remembered I hadn't removed the wheels. Doh, that's what being away for 13 weeks does!
Late lunch back home. It was much chillier than yesterday, the wind has swung to the north and it was cloudy. I keep looking for rain but there doesn't appear to be any coming anytime soon.
Willow is very wary of the fly screen door and I can't get hold of her to show her the way. Remembered I needed to post #2 son's birthday card and then did the small amount of ironing that needed to be done, most importantly the x-stitch.
Was going to have a look at my bike today but so far have not managed. I'll add to the list for tomorrow morning. And it was Wesak Day in KL, a public holiday and back here the sun and blue skies have returned.
