Better than sex cake

The theme for MM today is ’steps.’ I thought about different ways to fulfill that theme but struggled a little. There aren’t more than 2 staircases in the entire town, neither of which are very interesting. I couldn’t think of an interesting way to make steps with my feet. So, I thought of the steps in a recipe. This was one of mom’s. Her humor showed through with the title and am sure she could have found a more boring one. But how much fun would that have been? Five of us had a picnic in the park. It’s been windy and overcast all day but those things helped us from feeling the heat. A good time was had by all. There was a lot of bird and critter activity surrounding us. I didn’t get a good shot with just my phone but will put an immature desert spiny lizard in as an extra.
