Started with BP and heavier weights!

Home and OH had already started jet washing the patio outside the back door - more mess but moss and weeds gone!  I got changed and started to help but just as he was shovelling up the muck - his back went!  Oh no - same side, same pain.  I offered sympathy and got cushions and he laid out on the grass while I finished and cleared up.  I made lunch and he looked uncomfortable and probably hoping and praying that it would improve (golf tomorrow and Portugal next week for more golf).  I was meeting J for a cup of tea so after clearing up lunch and showering I left him laying in the shade.  

Few hours in J's garden enjoying tea and cake.  J noticed my tattoo and she was interested and asked questions and we talked a bit about Aimee.  OH feeling slightly better when I got home and he had visited MIL in care home.  Sadly she has a tooth infection - one thing after the other at the moment.  Poor lady.

Picture today is the plant that a friend gave me.  I googled as I did not recognise the name.
