IRIS

Really pleased to see my little Irises flowering this year.

Another hot day.  Bit tired after our supper party last night, but so lovely seeing our travel buddies again.  K decided that as we weren’t starting our travels to the Peak District this morning we would get out of our houses and usual chores, and go somewhere.  We did something very exciting ……….  visit to our local garden centre,  sadly one of the plants I’m  after isn’t ready yet but K had a good time in the fish department, bought a little one for her outdoor pond/aquarium, pond plants and stuff, and we had a jolly good mooch round.  On the way home we stopped off at a little outdoor café, invited the boys to join us and sat in the sun (under umbrellas) enjoying a light lunch.

Gary (gardener, odd-jobber, entrepreneur, super horseman and friend) is coming round soon to discuss colours for shed and fence painting this weekend.  Oh how I hate making choices.
