Today is the start of our 5 day course called Expressive Markmaking into Abstraction. Busy !!

The blip is the end of the studio where Apothecary7 and I like to work.

Today we have done two markmaking exercises on pre-gessoed paper, then been on location at Rhue for sketching. After lunch we were back in the studio and made two paintings using the paper from the morning exercises. On painting from memory, and one from sketchbook material.
