With Julian having a great time in the Faroes and the weather forecast to remain stunning for the rest of this week, I decided to go up north for a few days. I was going to camp but since I really struggle with sleep at the moment I decided to book a cheap dog friendly accommodation and found some pods east of Drumnadrochit, towards Glen Affric - a good situation for walking. So here I am now. I was quite efficient packing this morning and the drive north went well so I arrived much earlier than I thought. The accommodation is okay - it has dreadful reviews so I have brought my camping gear just in case. I am going to bed early and hoping to manage a big (for me) walk tomorrow.
