Welsh Poppy

After my busy-ish day yesterday I had a more relaxing one today.... even though I was woken up around 7am by my roofers dismantling the scaffolding.  What a racket they made.  It lasted for ages.  Manged to have a bit more sleep when all was quiet again.

Pottered around doing a few chores and then it was time to go to Slimming Group.  Michelle was running late so I walked half way to the Church Hall and then she picked me up.  Four new members joined this evening ... so pleased our group is growing. I had a half pound gain. Got a lift home.
