Day trip

We took a day trip to Aberdeen to visit Mr PHL’s sister. Her husband was taken into hospital on Tuesday to get his calcium levels sorted out so we just saw R and their dog Elsa. We passed a very pleasant few hours sitting on their deck before heading back home.

I managed to go to my stretch class at 8.30 but I’m pretty stiff after almost 6 hours in the car.
