Garden by the loch
Back to everyday life! Sunshine again today, but as always there are loads of emails and pictures to deal with, so I started on that.
After lunch I drove up to North Connel - over the Connel Bridge and a right turn along the north shore of Loch Etive. A local garden was open today under Scotland's Gardens' Scheme - not a big one, but owners Karen and Lodge have planted a good range of very interesting plants which kept the gardeners among us on our toes!
As soon as I arrived the sun went in, but fortunately not for long. Not very many attendees, but a good time was had by all and tea and cakes enjoyed. The garden is on the edge of the loch, with just the road intervening, so a lovely situation - today's extra.
