Up on the scaffolding

Great sleep last night.  We didn't wake up until nearly 9am.  Once we were up and about, we got out in the garden and sorted out the quince (gave it a good pruning, and trained it along the fence a bit more).  Had a bit of a rest after that, and some lunch, and then made use of the scaffolding to cut back some overhanging branches from the hawthorn and trim the top of the hedge (Tim did all that, I was just the able assistant - who also wandered off onto a higher bit of scaffolding to look at the view.  Right up by the rooftop!)

I went out again late afternoon/early evening, to sow some wallflower seeds and re-pot some lavender.  Then, after a delicious dinner (beany chilli, made by Tim, in wraps with sour cream), we settled in for Eurovision.  Fun night, and a late one.
