Waiting at the lights...

The front and rear cameras on Morrigan aren't expensive and are more for use in the event of an incident than for photographic excellence. Nevertheless, the low viewpoint worked well with this still, cut from the rear video of today's Distinguished Gentlemen's Ride (Bristol).

The DGR is a worldwide event, with more than a hundred thousand riders taking part in a charity fundraiser for mens' health issues, including suicide prevention and prostate cancer research. The idea began in Australia, and involves riding in smart suits and other similar dress. Military uniform and - as you can see - unconventional dress is also de rigueur.

There were 475 bikes riding DGR in Bristol today. I wasn't sure I could ride this year, as my tyres are getting a bit worn. I have new circles in the garage awaiting the fitter on Thursday, but I took the decision to go for it anyway. As such, my last minute ride hasn't had a lot of sponsorship love. Just sayin'...

Oh, is that a QR code on my extra? I do believe it might be. ;-)

Second extra. A face in the crowd from ITV News. Where's Wally bish?
