Souvenirs.

 ATN singing this morning which was a good way to get launched into the week after returning from holiday to get away from the chores.
The inevitable shopping followed but when we got back the washing I had put out first thing was dry and I was able to put out another load as the chilly, cloudy start to the day had given way to warmer sunshine.

The blip shows my holiday souvenirs. Fridge magnets from Arran; Sannox Bay near to where we stayed; the sunset view of Arran from the mainland which replicates what we saw the night before our crossing and Arran Cheese coos just because! The last one is of one of the tapestries at Stirling Castle featuring a unicorn. I’ve sent a post card of this to my grandaughters when I went up to the post office to send the house key back this afternoon.

The second item is my Highland Stoneware mug of the year to add to our collection. It’s called Summer Isles so how could I resist. They are individually hand painted and there were others with darker islands and more golden sunsets but this one suited my taste.
