Brixham (by default)

We had planned to visit Dartmouth and we tried hard to carry out that plan but the large park+ride car park at the top of the town was full and there was either no space in other car parks or motorhomes were not allowed. So we took the quickest route out of the crowded town and took the ferry across the Dart (extra) and headed for Brixham where we found somewhere to leave the motorhome. 
It was interesting to see the huge fish market and discover what an important fishing port Brixham is. This encouraged us to have a seafood lunch, crab sandwiches for Nick and a prawn cocktail for me. After a wander round the popular tourist part of town, we decided to retreat to the peace and quiet of our campsite for the remainder of the beautiful sunny afternoon.
