Towards Barbon

It's been a while since I've been out for a long run on my own, and also since I've gone out to Barbon, both of which matters were resolved by heading out at half-five, this evening, taking advantage of the glorious weather. 

A lot of the heat had gone out of the day, so I was able to keep up a nice pace while enjoying the beautiful countryside. 

After cooling down - ironically, I only realised once I'd stopped moving that it was still pretty warm - I had a shower, and then Dan and I walked down into Kirkby Lonsdale for a curry. Perfect evening!
