Dappled

I slept well last night and woke up just before my alarm went off feeling refreshed and ready for a post-breakfast swim. For various reasons it was over a week since I'd last been in and it was lovely to be back in the water.  It was just R and me today.  We swam and chatted to just past the second pine where you can see the Boating Station on the other side of the loch. 

Back home I did some yoga and then headed out to the dentists where I had an appointment to see the hygienist. All Ok and but I am always glad when the appointment is over, not matter how nice the hygienist is.  I went to the hardware shop on way back to get some linseed oil for our garden furniture and some seeds but was stopped from buying some courgette seeds by A&C as they had a glut of seedlings.  I went back via theirs (and their lovely garden) and now potted the seedlings up. 

More oiling of furniture followed and then a trip to the hairdressers which I always enjoy. 

A busy but fun day.
