Poppies

I was up a little earlier than normal today, but it doesn't mean I've got more done. There wasn't that much I had to do, to be fair...

I had a walk to Tesco to get a couple of things Morrisons didn't have. It was actually quite chilly, but warmed up while I was out. I walked the long way there and the quicker way back. I also visited a charity shop near Tesco and bought a Monsoon dress for £6!

My photo was taken on the walk to the shops. There were many poppies growing wild on bits of waste ground, and they looked so bright and cheerful. These were near the shopping park where the charity shop was.

The post man brought a letter telling me that the MRI confirmed that it was just a TIA I had, and not an actual stroke. It also confirmed that there's historical damage on the other hemisphere (left), possibly dating back to when I had meningitis as a baby. I'd like to know more about that, really..

There is also a Sainsbury's letter for Brian. Hopefully it will contain good enough offers for it to be worth us shopping there instead of Morrisons. Then I won't need to do extra shopping trips elsewhere later in the week...
