Allium

I have had another busy day at work, with quite a few back to back meetings. Late morning I was a bit thrown when I was struggling to read on my laptop. I couldn’t quite understand why my eyes seemed to have stopped working, until I became aware that I was having an ocular migraine. I haven’t had one for a long time, and you just have to sit it out.

Everything returned to normal in about half an hour, but I was left feeling slightly nauseous and tired. I got myself out for some fresh air when I had a break, then had something to eat. Both helped, but I remained feeling tired for the rest of the day. I was glad to get home.

As usual I went out for a short walk after tea, but I didn’t have the energy to go very far.
