The reality was

Social Prescriber at desk
software glitching
phone calls flooding in

A very intense day, workwise. Got everything done by 6pm and switched off the laptop, too tired to really enjoy the evening and the thought of the coming holiday. There was an accident near Sainsbury’s. A person on a mobility scooter was involved in a collision and subsequently taken to Southmead hospital, Bristol. That means the injuries were serious. Stroud was gridlocked because of this accident. I do hope the scooter rider is not anyone I know. I do hope they survive, no matter who they are.
