Sluggish

Saw this female blackbird making short work of a slug this morning. I much prefer blackbirds to slugs so three cheers. Hope she enjoyed it. 

Yoga last night was good. It's a nice class and a proper stretch. I was drenched on my way home and the rain kept going most of the night. However today is sunny and slightly warmer than yesterday so that's an improvement.  I think there will be plenty of slugs to go round.  No damage in the garden that I can see and fingers crossed it stays that way. 

I had intended picking my grandson up after school today but logistically I couldn't make it work. I'm not home till about 6:30 which is when I have to leave for a trustee meeting at 7pm. In days gone by I'd have done this without a thought but I'm a bit more sluggish myself now. Fortunately Cameraman can step in. 

I'll be home from the meeting too late for much blip so if I don't get round to it you'll know why.
