I don't know if it was having a look at the new kitchen or trying to avoid being washed away by the rain.

I did a spot of wood-turning early doors (I was up way to early) to make a container for the wooden spoons, spurtles and the such.

The guy turned up to replace the broken 'drip strip' on the front door.
The charity that deals in larger household items was contacted and are collecting the fridge/freezer tomorrow.

We took the 'condemned' TV back to Costco and chose a new one. SWMBO has spent an age setting it up ..... far too complex for me and it is unlikely I will be able to turn it on and just choose a programme to watch.

I got a phone call from Lee the fitter to say it will be Monday or Tuesday that the 2 doors and correct tap  will be fitted.
There was a discussion about the plasterers and my list of 'complaints'. I let him know that pictures have been taken of most of them so they will have problems denying them.
 He was not a happy man and will be speaking to them.

I went out to collect some decorating materials and when I was nearly home the car clocked up the 71,000 mile mark. It is 10 and a half years old so it is a nice low mileage.
