A Meandering Life...

Moors and More

Today we drove over to the coast then meandered through the northern part of the North York Moors. I have added a few postcards of our trip.

The main Blip shows that the sea had gone out. This was taken near Marske-by-the-Sea. The sheep was found in a small village of Commondale.

The flower postcard show that the poppy in yesterday's Blip is now open. The bright yellow bee was seen at Kirkleatham garden where we had lunch. The wellie flower pots were in Commondale. It is such a lovely route between Saltburn and Stokesley.

The last Blip shows what looks like a Morris Minor graveyard. It reminded me of New Zealand! They are at a Morris Minor specialist just inside the Moors. It was my first visit although I have met them in Scotland a couple of times. They had a few cars being worked on mostly from Scotland and Durham.
