Ladybird (eventually)

Saw this in our back garden today. It was on its own.
Terry was feeling a bit better today but he was somewhat grumpy. He had been nil by mouth from last night for a CT scan at 10am but didn't get the scan till about half past three.
He said his back pain is considerably less and he can breathe more easily. Let's hope it holds out.
Just spoken to him and he's grumpy again because he usually has his clexane injection (the blood thinner for the clot he developed) around 6pm but he still has not had it at half past nine despite asking about it three times. I told him to buzz but he won't - he said he will ask when she comes round (nurse).  He said she was approaching so he rang off and said he'll ring me back soon.
He's not usually so grumpy - he can be at times but not usually this bad but I think patience is wearing thin with him now.
He said that last night a patient's falls alarm (which is faulty and I have reported it twice as it beeps all the time but when he stands up it doesn't make a sound) was going off non-stop and he said to a male HCA it was driving him round the twist (it's like mental torture) and the HCA laughed to which Terry was annoyed and said it was not something to laugh it it was infuriating. Terry then said to the nurse "Switch the bloody thing off!" which she did.
It was driving me daft when I visited yesterday so it must be a nightmare for patients to listen to. Even the guy it was supposed to be protecting was asking for them to shut it up.
Had a busy day today with a trip to the hairdresser for a cut and blow, a Tesco shopping trip, visiting Terry, click and collect trip to Asda, sending updates for family, feeding the hedgehog(s) and a lot of bits and bobs besides.
Contemplating a visit to the Heritage Festival Day tomorrow at No. 7 Bottle Shop, Cannington Shaw (top end of Tesco car park). Might pop in in the morning.
Terry phoned back - he is now on IV antibiotics again - nobody informed him and nobody explained why. We don't know if it's from the scan or the blood tests. Communication sh*te.
Night nurse unhappy as clexane missed by day staff and there is not a suitable dosage on the ward so she will have to give him three jabs if she can't obtain the right dose from another ward.
