Diary of an Edinburgher

Art College Graduate Show

A Links walk, a couple of bike rides, a few weights exercises - a busy morning. JR tried a new 'strength' gym class. Sounds like torture, but she said it was 'good'.

In the afternoon, Chrissy came by, and we all went to the ECA Graduate Show. We had to book a time slot this year. It was mobbed! It was also the usual mix of inexplicable 'art work', some neat little model buildings, and some fantastical 'performance costumes'. But the best one was a huge pile of actual rubbish. (Extra)

I lost the others - I had to keep finding somewhere to sit down for a while. I came home before them. It was a long way. AND I had to walk right round the in-play cricket pitch. (8,438 steps) I was stuffed. JR was rather tired when she came home too, but took Archie out after a coffee and a snack. Archie had been on his own for almost three hours. But he was still happily obsessed with his chewy bone. I had to give him some chicken to swipe the bone off him for next time.

Watched the next couple of 'Clarkson's Farm'.
