Theatre

Today I missed Penicuik parade and chose instead to go and see a friend in a Playback Theatre performance. I had never heard of Playback Theatre - for those of you who like me don't know, it is described as a "form of improvisational theatre where audience members share stories from their lives, and those stories are then enacted by actors on the spot"  before and really like the concept. I enjoyed taking part in the warm-ups and the performance itself was very interesting. One of the stories was particularly powerful and improvising on a very sensitive topic must have been really hard.
